At Freelance Kitchen we adhere to very strict confidentiality and privacy guidelines and in most cases clients are protected by non-disclosure agreements. 

For professionality reasons the name of the client will not be disclosed but a detailed description of the jobs undertaken by Freelance Kitchen and its affiliates has been  given.

Mystery Shopping:

• Conducted a number of Mystery Shopping visits for a world renowned international fast food franchise operating in over 100 different countries.  Assessed quality of food, quality and speed of service, cleanliness within the dining area, bathrooms and outside premises.
• Carried out various Mystery Shopping evaluations for an international fashion retail store present in over 60 countries.  Evaluation criteria consisted in assessing the greeting to the customers when entering and leaving the store, eye contact, attention given to customers, up-selling of additional accessories, tidiness and cleanliness, music levels and the overall customer experience.

• Translation of Maltese news articles into Italian for a radio broadcasting show
• Translation from English to Italian of a real estate web site
• Translation of legal documents from Italian and English to Maltese

Content Writing

• Researched and compiled information for radio productions concerning Maltese lifestyle and culture. 
• Sub contracted to research and re-write various articles for an online medical journal in English.
• Verifying and re-writing of articles for an online biographies site of prominent Italian personalities.
• Re-written website content for a number of small businesses.
